Job summary

SAP NS2 is seeking an accomplished senior leader to define and drive the enterprise SaaS operating model, overseeing DevOps, SRE, and cloud operations. This role emphasizes platform reliability, automation, and executive-level collaboration in a high-stakes, 24x7 environment.

You will lead cross-functional teams, advance Kubernetes-based operations, and partner with engineering to boost productivity while ensuring security and compliance across a multi-cloud footprint.

Qualifications

• 15+ years executive leadership in SaaS/cloud engineering or operations.
• Experience leading DevOps, SRE, Cloud Operations, Database Operations, Release Engineering, and Support.
• Deep expertise with Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, observability, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.
• Executive communication and organizational leadership skills.
• Extensive experience managing teams in a Managed Cloud Delivery environment with 24x7 operations.
• A strong understanding of HANA, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud engineering.
• Proven track record of handling customer escalations and delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation Range Transparency
