1. Developing and assessing strategies for IT organization and support processes.
2. Identifying suitable IT enablers to support business strategies.
3. Defining detailed IT landscape and transformation maps based on enterprise needs.
4. Supporting system optimization initiatives.
5. Managing projects, defining deliverables, and providing analysis and advice.
6. Ensuring business-critical and innovative results.
7. Meeting goals and milestones while managing budgets.
8. Building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within customer and partner organizations.
9. Potentially leading teams or supervising responsibilities.

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant professional experience
• Strong project management skills
• Certifications such as PMI, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred)
• Representing SAP to customers
• Delivering quality outcomes for high-volume or high-risk projects
• Fostering cooperation within project teams
• Creating clear project plans with milestones and timelines
• Effective communication of project messages and feedback

Key Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Leading technical workstreams and coordinating stakeholders
• Explaining complex technical details to diverse audiences
• Coordinating with technology partners for delivery
• Planning and executing solution deployments
• Utilizing SAP’s latest technology platforms and promoting their benefits
• Driving transformation initiatives
• Supporting technical system landscape operations
• Setting up and connecting integrated landscapes (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
• Providing consulting and quality assurance services
• Supporting solution proposals and managing bids
• Handling escalations and mediating between stakeholders
• Occasionally leading projects or teams and supporting people development
• Conducting customer workshops and training sessions
• Evolving service portfolios and creating templates and best practices
• Mentoring technology consultants

Compensation Transparency: SAP values pay transparency, providing an annualized compensation range of $200,600 - $340,900 USD, including base salary and variable incentives.
