SAP NS2 Technical Quality Manager / Support Architect (MaxSecure) - Remote

SAP NS2 is a U.S. subsidiary offering SAP solutions with specialized security and support for U.S. national security and critical infrastructure clients.

Note: This position requires access to customer data, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. SAP NS2 does not sponsor visas for this role.

Position Description

The SAP NS2 team seeks a Technical Quality Manager/Support Architect to oversee the delivery of MaxSecure engagements, supporting revenue growth and customer satisfaction within federal, defense, state, local, education, healthcare, and private sectors.

Expectations and Tasks
  1. Act as a trusted advisor, safeguarding and optimizing SAP solution adoption.
  2. Manage complex customer relationships and Premium Engagements (PE) on assigned accounts.
  3. Gather insights into customer business and roadmaps for successful engagement delivery.
  4. Advise customers on solution operations to ensure business continuity.
  5. Lead Premium Engagement Steering Meetings and report on SAP activities.
  6. Maintain accurate PE time and revenue forecasts.
  7. Identify strategic opportunities for developing the engagement.
  8. Manage service plans and coordinate with SAP CoE and support teams.
  9. Participate in SAP Virtual Account Team meetings.
  10. Proactively manage PE engagement plans, including escalations outside normal hours.
  11. Collaborate with support teams to resolve tickets and incidents.
  12. Prepare weekly status reports for customers and internal teams.
  13. Drive engagement planning and stakeholder management.
  14. Identify and mitigate risks, establishing trusted customer relationships.
  15. Ensure quality outcome reporting to demonstrate value.
  16. Travel up to 80% as needed.
Work Experience
  • 10+ years in business software implementation/support.
  • 5+ years managing SAP engineering or maintenance services.
  • Experience in customer-facing communication and executive presentations.
  • Experience in cloud migrations, IAAS, PAAS, SAAS solutions.
Education, Skills, and Competencies
  • Advanced SAP certifications or experience as a Principal TQM (preferred).
  • ERP software implementation experience.
  • Experience in software sales, contracts, negotiations.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Maintenance Portfolio and support offerings.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across domains.

Compensation Range

The annualized salary range is $132,500 - $302,600 USD, with actual offers based on experience and qualifications. SAP offers comprehensive benefits; see SAP Benefits for details.
