The MRO/EAM Functional Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise in Plant Maintenance, Enterprise Asset Management, and Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP functional and technical (ABAP) experience, with the ability to lead design discussions, develop ARICE objects, and support full lifecycle implementations including S/4 HANA transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in Plant Maintenance and Enterprise Asset Management.
• Manage Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) of components or complex assets.
• Develop ARICE objects through SAP ABAP.
• Integrate solutions across Procurement, Inventory Management, OTC, Project Systems, Quality Management, and FICO processes.
• Lead design discussions with client SMEs and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including Design/Build documents, Configuration Rationale, Functional Specifications, Technical Specifications, and Test Scripts.

Experience

• Overall 15+ years of experience in SAP functional and technical (ABAP) areas.
• Proven experience in development of ARICE objects through SAP ABAP.
• Hands-on experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations including S/4 HANA transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementation of SAP A&D product – iMRO.
• Experience in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migration projects.
