Pure Fishing is seeking an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst to bridge technology and operations, ensuring SAP systems support planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management.

You'll collaborate with Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Inventory teams to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across the business. Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience supporting SAP MM and/or PP modules.
  • Strong understanding of material master data and ERP processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, or production environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience with data governance and reporting.
  • Knowledge of shipping, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain SAP MM and PP processes across the organization
  • Manage and maintain material master data for accuracy across SAP and related systems

  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and efficiencies
  • Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide timely solutions for end users
  • Develop and maintain documentation, process flows, and SOPs
  • Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Assist with SAP enhancements, testing, implementations, and system upgrades
  • Train and support users on SAP processes, best practices, and new functionality
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards

Job Summary

As an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst, you'll be the bridge between technology and operations, ensuring our SAP systems support efficient planning, procurement, manufacturing, and inventory management. You'll work across departments to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the business. What will you do?
  • Support and maintain SAP MM (Materials Management) and PP (Production Planning) processes across the organization
  • Manage and maintain material master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across SAP and related systems
  • Partner with Finance, Quality, R&D, Procurement, Production, Shipping, and Inventory teams to support business needs
  • Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and efficiencies
