Responsibilities

Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, LIV, and STO.
Set up MM Master Data, Purchase Order Release Strategies, and Scheduling Agreements.
Configure MRP, BOM, and PP Master Data (Material Master, Routing, Work Center).
Manage EDI/IDoc interfaces for Purchasing, Stock Movements, and Invoicing.
Coordination with ABAP for RICEFW developments and data migration using LSMW/LTMC/LTMOM.
Drive cross-functional integration MM/PP/FI-CO/SD/WM-EWM.

Job Title: Senior SAP MM / PP Functional Consultant (50% MM 50% PP)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/PP Functional Consultant to manage end-to-end integration across Material Management and Production Planning modules. The ideal candidate will have balanced expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Manufacturing processes, MRP configuration, EDI interfaces, and cross-functional module integration.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP MM (Material Management)

Lead SAP MM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
Configure Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), and Stock Transport Orders (STO).
Set up MM Master Data, Purchasing Output Types, and Purchase Order Release Strategies.
Configure and support Scheduling Agreements and their Release procedures.
Manage EDI / IDoc interfaces for Purchasing, Stock Movements, and Invoice processing.

SAP PP (Production Planning)

Configure and maintain PP Master Data (Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing, Production Version).
Define and manage BOM (Bill of Materials) types (Standard, Variant, Order BOM, etc.) and BOM explosion logic.
Implement and configure Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MRP Types, Plant Parameters, and Planning Runs.
Configure MRP Strategies (Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, Assembly Processing, etc.).
Set up PP Output Types for Shop Floor Papers, Order Confirmations, and Goods Issues.
Support Production Order creation, release, execution, availability check, and order settlement.

Cross-Functional & Integration

Conduct requirement gathering, FIT/GAP analysis, solution design, testing, and go-live support.
Coordinate with ABAP team for RICEFW developments, custom reports, IDoc/EDI interfaces, and enhancements.
Execute data migration activities using LSMW, LTMC, and LTMOM tools.
Drive cross-functional integration between MM, PP, FI/CO, SD, and WM/EWM.
Provide 2nd/3rd level production support, incident management, and user training.
