Job summary

Dematic is seeking a seasoned SAP Materials Management/Production Planning Functional Analyst to lead end-to-end MM/PP implementations and provide production support. You will collaborate with SAP Consultants, regional and global partners, and the production support team to deliver solutions across MM/PP, with occasional QM involvement.

The role requires deep expertise in MM/PP configuration, master data, and RICEFW development, along with strong problem solving and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

• Three full lifecycle SAP projects completed.
• At least one MM or PP module implementation.
• 8+ years SAP SCM experience with production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM/PP implementation and production support lifecycles.
• Collaborate with SAP Consultants and regional/global business partners.
• Direct production support team and resolve complex SAP MM/PP issues.
• Configure master data, procurement-to-pay, and inventory management within SAP MM/PP.
• Develop/configure new processes and RICEFW for business improvements.
• Create functional specs for RICEFW development and validate deployments.
• Conduct workshops with process owners from scoping to realization.

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.# **Tâches et qualifications:****What You Will do in This Role:*** Responsible for functional & process quality of SAP & implementation/ improvement project life cycles* Work with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous regional & global business partners.* Work closely with the production support team* Lead implementation of SAP Production Planning module functionality of MRP, Planning board, DS board, Subcontracting, Production Orders, Planned Orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work centers, Production Version.* Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug sophisticated SAP MM/PP production issues, working across configuration, master data, custom developments (RICEFW), integrations, and business processes to identify root causes and implement balanced solutions.* Support requests involves master data configuration, Material Planning, Procure to Pay process, Sourcing & Inventory Management Process, Integration between MM, PP, QM processes. Configuring Organization structure, setting up related configuration such as valuation area, plants, Purchase org, storage location etc.* Develop, design, test, and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives either as production support initiatives or in new projects.* Bring in guidelines in architecting, designing & supporting APO-DP, SNP and MM/PP applications with procurement and production planning* Work with the SAP security team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on efficient security setup for ongoing projects’ requirements.* Work with development teams by providing functional specifications for new RICEFW development that are production support related; test and validate the development for business use.* Work independently with business process owners on creating new solutions, leading workshops from scoping phase through realization phase of the projects.**What We Are Looking For:*** 3 full life cycle SAP project implementations with at least one full implementation in MM and or PP* 8+ years of hands-on strong SAP SCM (MM/PP) experience with a combination of production support and project implementation* Familiarity and ability to use SAP ASAP project methodology or other project methodologies* Expertise in master data definitions, configuration and RICEFW development in the MM area* Expertise in implementation of end to end logistics processes in relation to Material Management with specific expertise in Production planning* Solid understanding of inventory management reports, transactions, movement types, functionality, and configuration* Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution.* Good knowledge of SAP authorization roles, objects, and basic reports to solve missing authorizations and help security team with security design in functional areas* Strong on global enterprise enablement
