Job summary
Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP ME/MII Development Lead to guide the design, development, and delivery of manufacturing execution and data integration solutions.
You will lead a team of developers, set technical direction, and ensure scalable, reliable systems across plant and enterprise environments. Qualifications
- 8+ years in SAP ME/MII development with leadership experience.
- Hands-on SAP ME SDK: POD development, business logic, and workflow extensions.
- Strong SAP MII expertise with v15.x or higher and SAP HANA.
- Proven integration experience with MES/SCADA/PLCs and SAP modules.
- UI5 development for shop-floor and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and delivery of SAP ME/MII solutions across plant and enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and hands-on guidance to the ME/MII team.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, operations, and IT to translate requirements into robust designs.
- Own the technical roadmap, upgrades, performance tuning, and debt reduction.
