Job summary

First Quality is seeking a highly skilled SAP PLM Innovation Engineer to design and implement MDG and PLM solutions that support product development, engineering, and manufacturing. The role emphasizes data governance, integration, and scalable automation, with no routine maintenance required.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SAP MDM/MDG, 3+ years in PLM tools, and strong data modeling and integration capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in SAP MDM and MDG design/implementation.
• 3+ years PLM tools experience (SAP PLM, Leverx IPS or similar).
• Strong data structures knowledge for materials, vendors, customers, BOM, and engineering change management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new functionalities in SAP MDG and PLM systems.
• Build integrations between PLM tools and SAP ERP systems.
• Govern master data, workflows, validations, and standards.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to users and IT.
