TRC Talent Solutions partners with a national SAP and supply chain firm to hire an SAP MDG Business Partner Functional Consultant. This role focuses on enterprise master data governance for customer and vendor data within a federal SAP S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, configuring MDG BP, developing BRF+ rules, DRF data distribution, and guiding integrations using IDocs, Web Services, and SOA services, collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IS, CS, business, supply chain, eng or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP BP, SAP MDG or related MDG solutions.
• Hands-on MDG BP configuration: workflow, BRF+, UI FPM, data modeling, and DRF.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA BP master data (Customer & Vendor).
• Experience gathering requirements and leading workshops.
• Experience creating functional design documentation and process docs.
• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including IDocs, Web Services, and SOA.
• Active Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain business rules, validation logic, and derivation rules using BRF+.
• Support customer and vendor lifecycle management through SAP MDG governance processes.
• Configure and maintain DRF for master data distribution across SAP environments.
• Support integrations using SOA Services, Web Services, and IDocs.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and testing materials.
• Support UAT, production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Provide guidance on SAP master data governance best practices and support enterprise modernization initiatives.

This role will support enterprise master data governance initiatives within a federal SAP S/4HANA environment, helping improve data quality, governance, and consistency across customer and vendor master data.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and business process workshops focused on Business Partner master data governance.

• Configure SAP MDG Business Partner solutions, including data modeling, workflow configuration, UI FPM modeling, and process design.

• Develop and maintain business rules, validation logic, and derivation rules using BRF+.

• Support customer and vendor lifecycle management through SAP MDG governance processes.

• Configure and maintain Data Replication Framework (DRF) for master data distribution across SAP environments.

• Support integrations using SOA Services, Web Services, and IDocs.

• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy and governance compliance.

• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documents, and testing materials.

• Support UAT, production support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.

• Provide guidance on SAP master data governance best practices and support enterprise modernization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

• 5+ years of experience with SAP Business Partner, SAP MDG, or related master data governance solutions.

• Hands-on SAP MDG Business Partner configuration experience, including workflow, BRF+, UI FPM, data modeling, and DRF.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Business Partner master data, including Customer and Vendor management.

• Experience gathering requirements, leading workshops, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience creating functional design documentation and process documentation.

• Knowledge of SAP integration technologies including IDocs, Web Services, and SOA Services.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementations or ERP modernization initiatives.

• Federal government SAP experience.

• Knowledge of SAP MM, FI, Procurement, and Supply Chain integrations.

• Experience working in complex enterprise SAP landscapes and master data governance programs.

• Consulting experience in highly regulated environments.
