Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP MM specialist to join our S/4HANA Cloud team on Long Island, NY. You will design, configure, and optimize procurement and inventory processes across a global manufacturing supply chain.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP MM experience, cloud deployment, and hands-on SAP Activate with Agile delivery, collaborating with FI, SD and PP teams to deliver end-to-end solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP MM implementation and support experience, including at least 2 years on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, materials planning and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation work, owning MM configuration and best practices.
• Apply the SAP Activate methodology across the discover, prepare, explore, realize, deploy and run phases.
• Gather business requirements and turn them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure procurement, inventory management, vendor evaluation, material valuation and invoice verification.
• Ensure clean integration with FI, SD and PP for true end-to-end processes.
• Run workshops with business stakeholders and support user training and change management.
• Support unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Resolve complex issues, provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay current on new S/4HANA capabilities and industry best practices.

The Opportunity

The company is adding an SAP MM specialist to its SAP S/4HANA Cloud team. You will design, configure and optimize the procurement and inventory solutions behind a global manufacturing supply chain, partnering closely with operations and purchasing teams and with fellow SAP specialists in finance and master data.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP MM implementation and support experience, including at least 2 years on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate and Agile delivery.
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, materials planning and supplier management.
• Ability to work across many stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have: SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics; SAP MM or S/4HANA certification (highly desirable).
