Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Senior SAP MM Analyst for a growing consumer goods company in New York. The role centers on SAP MM, S/4HANA, and logistics optimization, delivering hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.

You will work with business leaders to translate requirements into SAP solutions, manage MM integrations with SD/PP/FI-CO, and drive end-to-end implementations and post-go-live optimization in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, focused on logistics and supply chain.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience including config and support.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP applications.
• Knowledge of MM integration with SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP implementations and post-go-live optimization.
• Understanding of material master data, inventory management, BOM, and MRP.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Ability to independently own SAP initiatives and resolve complex issues.

They are currently hiring a Senior SAP MM Analyst.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$130k - $150k Annually

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior SAP MM Analyst to owntheir SAP logistics applications following a recent SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is a highly hands-on, senior-level individual contributor role focused on the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of SAP systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM), along with strong knowledge of related logistics and finance modules. This individual will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous system improvements.

Responsibilities of the Senior SAP MM Analyst:

• Serve as the primary functional expert for SAP MM, supporting configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
• Support and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications following a recent implementation.
• Design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions across logistics, supply chain, and related business functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into SAP solutions.
• Support integrations between SAP MM, SD, PP, and FI/CO modules.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Support material master data, inventory management, procurement, BOM structures, and MRP processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors on system enhancements and projects.
• Develop functional specifications, testing documentation, and process improvements.
• Communicate technical solutions, project updates, and recommendations to business leadership.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior SAP MM Analyst:

• 8+ years of SAP experience, primarily supporting logistics and supply chain functions.
• 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience, including configuration, implementation, and production support.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM integration with SD, PP, and FI/CO.
• Experience supporting end-to-end SAP implementations and post-go-live optimization.
• Knowledge of material master data, inventory management, BOM structures, and MRP processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather requirements and present solutions to business leaders.
• Ability to independently own SAP functional initiatives and resolve complex system issues.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior SAP MM Analyst:

• Experience within consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, beauty, or personal care industries.
• Experience with contract manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori Apps and Embedded Analytics.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud environments.
• Exposure to SAP IBP, APO, or other demand planning solutions.
• Experience collaborating with offshore teams and external SAP consultants.
• Familiarity with automation, RPA, or AI-driven SAP enhancements.
• SAP MM or S/4HANA certification.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
