Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Material Handler in Wilsonville, OR to support shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations. You will verify part numbers, perform stock revisions, and collaborate across Manufacturing, Service, and Quality to maintain inventory accuracy in a low-volume, high-complexity electronics setting.

The role requires ERP experience (preferably SAP), the ability to lift up to 50 lb, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a low-volume, high-complexity electronics warehousing/receiving environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move heavy materials occasionally.
• 80% of the day on your feet, with good mobility.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain extremely high inventory accuracy by verifying part numbers, revisions, and counts.
• Transact materials and manage stock locations accurately.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex issues like missing materials and discrepancies.
• Pull materials to meet Production, Service, and Engineering needs using work orders and Kanban systems.
• Count, stock, label, and transact materials into designated locations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, and Quality on disposition including scrap/ excess inventory.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve receiving/shipment discrepancies.
• Complete cycle and periodic counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist other departments with material analysis using SAP and Excel.
• Process receipts in Receiving and complete purchases orders and RMAs in SAP.
• Handle sales/service orders and shipments in Shipping with coordination with Traffic/Global Trade.
