Job summary

Staff Perm is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to support shipping, receiving and stockroom operations in a low volume, high complexity electronics environment in Wilsonville, OR. You will count, label, issue and verify stock revisions while coordinating with Manufacturing, Service, and Quality departments.

This contract position offers weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision and life.

Qualifications

Two to five years of experience in a low volume, high complexity electronics environment (Warehousing, Shipping or Receiving).
Experience with ERP/MRP programs, preferably SAP.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle material movements.
Must be on feet 80% of the day.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

Verify part numbers, revisions, and counts to maintain high inventory accuracy.
Transact materials and manage stock locations in SAP.
Resolve moderately complex SAP transactional issues.
Pull materials to meet Production, Service and Engineering needs using work orders and Kanban.
Count, stock, label, and transact materials into locations.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning and Quality on material disposition including scrap and excess inventory.
Assist Receiving and Shipping with paperwork verification and SAP entry.
