Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager for their SAP practice in Chicago to lead Data Management and Analytics Transformation projects. You will design, build, and deploy SAP Master Data Governance solutions, guiding clients through end-to-end SAP transformations and advising on SAP technologies.

Job description

Role Overview

Accenture’s SAP practice is seeking a Manager to lead SAP‑based Data Management and Analytics Transformation projects. The role involves designing, building, and deploying SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions, guiding end‑to‑end SAP transformations, and advising clients on SAP technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with senior client executives on business challenges and the potential value of SAP solutions.
  • Lead customers in defining their SAP journey, develop business cases and roadmaps, and support sales origination and proposal development.
  • Architect end‑to‑end solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom applications, and add‑on partner solutions.
  • Design and optimize the end‑to‑end SAP Core Master Data Governance process.
  • Advise, design, and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices.
  • Configure, design, build, test, and deploy the core SAP MDG solution.
  • Conduct workshops to drive key design decisions with clear recommendations and best practices.
  • Work with project teams, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create outstanding Accenture Master Data Governance offerings.
  • Continue to learn and develop technical SAP Data Management, Analytics, and business expertise.
  • Lead large project teams of varying size and scope, helping them achieve transformational roadmaps onsite with clients or within Accenture.
  • Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and Accenture leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
  • Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices, and develop the next level of transformation experts.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in the SAP MDG module.

  • Experience with Master Data Governance for custom objects (e.g., PIRs, WBSE).
Travel

Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation varies by location and experience. Annual salary ranges for selected locations are as follows:

  • California: $94,400 – $266,300
  • Cleveland: $87,400 – $213,000
  • Colorado: $94,400 – $230,000
  • District of Columbia: $100,500 – $245,000
  • Illinois: $87,400 – $230,000
  • Maryland: $94,400 – $230,000
  • Massachusetts: $94,400 – $245,000
  • Minnesota: $94,400 – $230,000
  • New York: $87,400 – $266,300
  • New Jersey: $100,500 – $266,300
  • Washington: $100,500 – $245,000
