Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Master Data Analyst to maintain accurate SAP material master data supporting planning, purchasing, production, and inventory management. The role requires attention to detail and cross-functional coordination, with an onsite placement in Leeds, AL.

You will audit data, identify and correct gaps, and partner with Planning, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure realistic schedules and material flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with data analysis/visualization preferred.
• Experience working with data sets, including cleaning and drawing actionable insights.
• ERP/SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate material master data in SAP (lead times, lot sizes, min/max, MRP parameters).
• Audit data regularly to ensure accuracy and alignment with operations.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, and Engineering to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze material and system data to identify root causes of shortages or misaligned signals.
• Support continuous improvement and standard work for master data governance.
