Job summary
SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking a seasoned M&A Consultant to design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, or reorganizations at system and data level.
You will leverage SAP alongside best practices across the solution life cycle to meet client needs and deliver measurable outcomes. You will participate in presales, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate data migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments, traveling as required and working with
Qualifications
- Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership skills.
- Accountability to deliver on agreed tasks with quality, speed, reliability, and efficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP tools to analyze data volume at table and system level.
- Fundamental knowledge of SD modules and FI/CO/MM modules.
- Experience in ABAP, development activities, and large implementations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, implement, and maintain SAP-based M&A solutions across the lifecycle.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to meet client needs.
- Prepare technical specifications to guide development.
- Manage setup, testing cycles, and create comprehensive documentation.
- Go-live support and post go-live assistance.
- Coordinate migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments.
