Job summary

SNP Transformations, Inc. is seeking a M&A Consultant to design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, or reorganizations at system and data level.

The SNP M&A Consultant role will plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions leveraging SAP and adhering to best practices throughout the solution development life cycle. Strong knowledge of SAP modules and data migration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel across the United States.
• Strong leadership and teamwork experience with the ability to work in presales activities.
• Experience with SAP data migration and integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain SAP-based solutions following best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure client needs are met effectively.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide development.
• Manage setup, programming (if applicable), testing cycles, and create comprehensive documentation.
• Go-live and post go-live support.
• Enhance knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions, ABAP (if applicable), and SAP technologies.
• Support presales activities and contribute to customer meetings.
• Mentor or train consultants by sharing business and technical expertise.
• Improve internal tools and create specifications for functionality improvements, plus test scenarios.
• Execute project implementations using SNP Transformation software.
• Coordinate migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments.

Results to be Achieved:

SNP Transformations Inc. is seeking a M&A Consultant. The M&A consultant will design and implement technical concepts for mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures or in the context of reorganizations at system and data level.

The SNP M&A Consultant role will be:

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain solutions leveraging SAP and adhering to bestpractices throughout the solution development life cycle.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure solutions meet client needs effectively.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications to guide the development process.
• Manage the setup, programming (if applicable), testing cycles, and creation of comprehensive documentation
• go-live and post go-live support

• Enhancing knowledge of SAP systems, enterprise solutions and products,ABAP programming (if applicable), and new SAP technologies
• Support presales activities
• Act as a mentor, coach or trainer to consultants by sharing business ortechnicalexpertise.
• Improvement of internal tools, creation of specifications of functionalityimprovements, creation of test scenarios and testing.
• Project implementation using our standard SNP Transformation software
• Coordination of migration projects in SAP and non-SAP environments

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership skills
• Accountability to deliver on agreed tasks with acceptablequality, speed, reliability, andefficiency
• Knowledge of SAP provided tools to analyze data volume, both at a table level and system level.
• Fundamental knowledge of, and implementation experience in SD modules
• Fundamental knowledge of, and implementation experience in FI/CO modules
• Fundamental knowledge of, and implementation experience in MM modules
• Active approach during presales activities, preparation for thecustomer meetings, preparation ofproposals
• Experience in ABAP, development activities, and development support during large implementations
• Experience in data migration projects including the following activities: Creation of data migration concepts (extraction rules, mapping rules, etc., data validation and reconciliation, cutover planning)
• High drive & self-starter/-motivated/ team player
• Education: Bachelor’s degree - preferred
• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience preferred
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English
• Must live in the Unites States

Bonus/Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP DMLT Migration/Conversion Tools, SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP LSMW, or CBS Migration/Conversion Toolset, Syniti Migration/Conversion Toolset
• Experience with SAP Data Migration/Conversion Projects
• SAP Implementation or SAP Upgrade Projects
