Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Consultant/Manager to lead logistics transformation programs for our clients across the Communications, Media & Technology, High Tech, Telecommunications, and Electronics industries.

The ideal candidate brings deep SAP LE, shipping, TM, and EWM expertise with strong leadership, client relationships, and a proven track record delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain transformations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SAP supply chain consulting focused on LE, shipping, inbound/outbound processing.
• 2+ years configuring SAP LE and S/4HANA logistics processes.
• 2+ years integrating SAP LE with SAP TM, EWM, SD, and 3PL solutions.
• 1+ year leading senior or functional roles on two SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• 1+ year delivering SAP programs for CMT, High Tech, Telecom, or Electronics.
• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver SAP LE, Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation programs across geographies.
• Own governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management.
• Drive architecture decisions aligning with client supply chain strategy.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Configure SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation, including outbound/inbound deliveries, shipping, freight, and carrier integration.
• Review specs, configurations, and test scripts.
• Drive integration design/testing across SAP SD, TM, EWM, MM, Finance, and 3PL systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test docs.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.

You Are:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Logistics Execution (LE) and Transportation Consultant/Manager to lead logistics transformation programs for our clients across the Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), High Tech, Telecommunications, and Electronics industries. The ideal candidate combines deep functional expertise in SAP Shipping, Delivery Processing, Transportation Management, and Order-to-Delivery processes with strong leadership capabilities, client relationship management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex SAP S/4HANA supply chain and logistics transformation programs.

The Work:

• Support and deliver SAP Logistics Execution (LE), Shipping, Delivery, and Transportation transformation programs across multiple geographies and business units
• Own overall program governance, delivery timelines, budget, and risk management
• Drive solution architecture decisions and ensure alignment with client's long-term supply chain strategy
• Oversee multiple workstreams and manage cross-functional teams of consultants, developers, and client stakeholders
• Configure and support SAP Logistics Execution and Transportation solutions, including outbound delivery processing, inbound deliveries, shipping execution, transportation planning, freight execution, and carrier integration.
• Review and approve functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
• Drive integration design and testing across SAP SD, TM, EWM, MM, Finance, and external carrier or third-party logistics (3PL) systems
• Lead SIT, UAT, and cutover planning; develop configuration and test documentation
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members while contributing to knowledge-sharing and capability-building initiatives.

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum of 3 years of SAP supply chain consulting experience focused on SAP Logistics Execution (LE), including shipping, inbound and outbound delivery processing, transportation, and order-to-delivery processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience configuring and supporting SAP LE and related S/4HANA logistics processes, including delivery processing, shipping execution, transportation planning, freight execution, and carrier integration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating SAP LE with SAP Transportation Management (TM), SAP EWM, SAP SD, and external carrier or third-party logistics (3PL) solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience serving in a functional lead or senior consultant capacity on at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations involving logistics execution, shipping, transportation, or fulfillment processes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering SAP programs for clients in Communications, Media & Technology (CMT), High Tech, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 12 years of equivalent work experience; candidates with an associate degree must have a minimum of 6 years of equivalent work experience.

Bonus Points If:

• You are an SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Sales, or related SAP disciplines.
• You have an SAP Activate methodology certification or equivalent agile delivery experience
