Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an SAP Business Manager for the Military Engines Global Depot Network. You will manage a SAP team, drive digital transformation, and oversee transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including requirements, testing, training, and documentation.

You will partner with Sustainment Operations and program leads to deliver SAP improvements, mentor staff, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of aviation experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience and 3+ years in operations, maintenance or MIS.
• 5+ years in managerial, supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team of 2 to 5 SAP professionals.
• Coach and train team members to grow professionally.
• Collaborate across Sustainment Operations and Military Engines programs to align SAP strategy.
• Identify future SAP enhancements with DT and Depot leads.
• Provide SAP support and issue resolution for MRO leadership and SMEs.
• Develop and deliver training and user guides for SAP.
• Ensure SAP goals align with team initiatives; manage staffing decisions.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
