Job description

We have a 100% remote, 5-year contract for an SAP Lead ABAP Developer in Jackson, Mississippi, with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025.

The SAP Lead ABAP Developer will be responsible for providing SAP system support, managing an ABAP development team, and supporting SuccessFactors EC and third-party system integrations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Eight years of experience as an SAP lead developer, managing a team of 10-15 resources
• Eight years of ABAP design and development experience, with strong Object-Oriented programming skills
• Functional knowledge in at least three areas such as Finance, CRM, Logistics, SRM, SUS/ROS, MDM, HCM, or SuccessFactors EC
• Four years of experience working with SAP in a Public Sector context
• Two years of experience training and mentoring public sector employees

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience with State of Mississippi MAGIC system development
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Cloud Platform Integration
• Experience with SAP Process Integration
• Experience with Redwood CPS/RMJ job scheduling
• Experience with migration between third-party systems
• Experience analyzing and resolving incident root causes
