Job summary

Carrier is seeking a visionary Logistics Business System Manager to architect and drive SAP LE/WM-enabled supply chain capabilities across manufacturing and distribution. You will lead end-to-end implementations, optimize warehouse processes, and partner with floor operations to deliver real-time improvements on the plant floor.

The role demands hands-on go-live and HyperCare participation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable SAP

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP LE/WM end-to-end.
• Proven track record with 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business and floor operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and implement SAP LE and MM functionalities end-to-end.
• Lead 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations from blueprint to go-live.
• Bridge integration touchpoints across SAP SD, MM, LE, and PP.
• Translate business needs, manage master data, customize configurations, and lead testing/training.
• Align SAP processes with Make-to-Stock, Make-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order models.
• Provide go-live and HyperCare floor support, troubleshoot in real time.
