Job summary

DrinkPAK, LLC seeks a Jr. SAP IT Analyst to support production operations and SAP testing. You will connect business requirements with IT capabilities across MM, SD, FI/CO, and PP, with hands‑on programming interest and ABAP learning.

The role focuses on managing interfaces between SAP ERP, EWM, and MES, ensuring data integrity from shop floor to warehouse, and resolving daily issues with IT and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• At least 1–3 years of IT support, data analyst, or manufacturing plant experience.
• Foundational SAP PP knowledge; familiar with EWM/WM concepts.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration technologies.

Responsibilities

• Triage shop floor issues between MES and SAP PP/EWM.
• Interface monitoring of IDocs, qRFC, and API message brokers.
• Troubleshoot data entry errors from RF scanners and floor terminals.
• Document, track, and close incidents using service management tools.
• Develop test cases and perform Unit, Integration, and Regression Testing.
• Coordinate with power users for UAT and track defects.
