DrinkPAK II, LLC is seeking a technically skilled SAP IT Analyst to support production operations and system testing, aligning business requirements with IT capabilities. You will manage interfaces between SAP ERP (PP/MM), EWM, and MES, ensuring seamless communication between the digital warehouse and shop floor in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of professional IT support, data analyst, or manufacturing plant experience.
  • Technical proficiency in debugging various languages.
  • Foundational understanding of SAP PP (Production Orders, Confirmations, Goods Issues).
  • Familiarity with SAP EWM / WM concepts (Staging, Production Supply Areas, Goods Receipts).
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., PI/PO, APIs, EDI).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Triage shop floor issues: troubleshoot MES and SAP PP/EWM data flow failures.
  • Interface monitoring: IDocs, qRFC, and API brokers syncing warehouse with MES.
  • Device troubleshooting: fix data entry errors from RF scanners and MES terminals.
  • SLA compliance: document and close incidents in ServiceNow within deadlines.
  • Test case development: write scripts for SAP/MES enhancements and bugs.
  • Testing execution: perform Unit, Integration, and Regression Testing.
  • UAT support: coordinate with shop-floor power users for UAT and defect logging.
  • Master data validation: verify storage bins, production versions, BOMs, and MES routing.
  • Write SOPs: document results and produce SOPs to prevent recurring errors.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of SAP modules, including MM, SD, FI/CO, and PP, as well as hands-on programming experience and an interest in learning ABAP and other AI systems . This role includes gathering requirements, supporting implementations, and helping ensure the SAP environment supports business objectives. In addition this role will also be focused on managing the interfaces between our SAP ERP (PP/MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).You will maintain seamless communication between the digital warehouse floor and shop floor machines, resolving daily operational issues and conducting critical system testing.
