Job summary

The United Illuminating Company is seeking an experienced SAP Manager to lead SAP IS-U and CRM systems that support customer service meter-to-cash processes. You will guide project delivery, manage large SAP implementations, and ensure SLA adherence while aligning IT with business strategy.

You will direct a team, oversee maintenance and support requests, prioritize demand, and partner with business leaders and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with application lifecycle management.
• Experience as SAP IS‑U CRM/Front office lead.
• Experience supporting meter-to-cash processes.
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs projects and SAP changes for IS-U/CRM.
• Acts as SAP SME for IS-U; leads large SAP implementations.
• Manages maintenance requests and SLA adherence.
• Prioritizes demand and aligns IT with business strategies.
• Oversees the Application Map and project backlogs; ensures efficient resource use.
• Leads staff and vendor management; drives governance meetings.
