Job summary

Infosys Limited in the Infosys SURE unit seeks a Package Consultant 1 to support ERP deployments for utilities. You will engage stakeholders, document needs, and tailor ERP packages to business requirements, aiding data migration and compliance checks.

You’ll work in an agile setting with design and IT teams to produce clear documentation and training materials, leveraging SAP exposure and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the utility industry (Power, Water, Gas, District Heating) in listed roles.
• Basic understanding of utility business processes including metering & billing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Exposure to SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, CRM or FICO.
• Understanding of core ERP concepts and data management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in stakeholder interviews and workshops, capturing and documenting user needs for ERP implementation projects.
• Develop and refine codes to customize and integrate ERP packages per design specifications.
• Perform data migration activities by mapping data fields and data cleansing.
• Conduct and document compliance checks against guidelines for ERP systems.
• Draft clear documentation detailing steps for ERP package customization and training.
