Job summary

Rise Baking Company seeks an experienced SAP WM/EWM specialist to lead requirements gathering and design technical solutions for warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.

You will work with business analysts and stakeholders to create RF transactions, coordinate EDI integrations, and test implementations across SAP ECC and S/4 HANA. The role includes training and multi-site go-live support, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on SAP WM/EWM in medium to large-scale implementations.
• Experience in WM and EWM in ECC and S/4 HANA environments.
• Knowledge of ECC shipments, shipment cost documents, and Idoc management.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and enterprise-scale projects.
• Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
• Design RF transactions including integration areas of transportation management.
• Participate in all phases of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA projects.
• Deliver and support EDI integration with 3PLs (EDI 943/944/940/945, CHEP, PECO).
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure functionality and compliance with specs.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives.
• Conduct training for subject matter experts and end users.
• Travel to different sites for requirement gathering, training, and go-live support.
