Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Manager to drive SAP Finance transformation programs, focusing on intercompany processes and global delivery. You will translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, leveraging SAP platforms, AI capabilities, and partner solutions to deliver end-to-end finance transformations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive sponsors, and shape strategic roadmaps while staying current on industry regulations and innovations across SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Software & Platforms clients
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future)
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions
• Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI can deliver real value to clients
• Experience deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain AI-driven improvements in project delivery
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture to achieve transformational roadmaps
• Become a trusted expert and advisor to clients, teams, and leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts
