SAP Intercompany Lead: Finance Transformation

Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior SAP Manager to lead finance transformation programs across global clients. You will combine SAP functional and technical expertise with advisory delivery to define roadmaps, build business cases, and drive end-to-end SAP solutions that deliver measurable value.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, shape SAP AI strategies, and stay ahead of regulatory changes while advancing innovative SAP-based capabilities on complex projects worldwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics including sales, procurement, and intercompany movements.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Software & Platforms clients and/or Industry.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Software & Platforms clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model.
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
• Clearly explain SAP’s Business AI strategy, including an understanding of its capabilities and roadmap. Identify functional areas expertise where AI can deliver real value to clients.
• Experience in deployment of AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and ability to explain how these AI-driven improvements can enhance project delivery.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging a SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams of varying size and scope – helping them achieve transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted expert and advisor to your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts.
