Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Intelligent Clinical Trials Supply Chain Management (ICSM) Consultant to join our Life Sciences team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP ICSM, S/4, Order to Cash, Plan to Make, Quality Management, Batch Management, Study Master, Demand Planning with a focus on supporting clinical operations through advanced planning, monitoring, and execution tools. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize clinical trial processes, drive data-driven decision-making, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and support SAP Intelligent Clinical Trials Supply Chain Management (ICSM) solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system configurations.
• Optimize planning and forecasting for clinical trials using SAP ICSM’s capabilities.
• Manage integration between SAP ICSM and other clinical systems (e.g., EDC, CTMS, eTMF, SAP S/4HANA).
• Lead testing, validation, and user training for SAP ICSM functionalities.
• Ensure compliance with GxP and other relevant regulatory requirements in the life sciences industry.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement recommendations for ICSM modules (Study Master, Demand Planning, Make and Deliver).
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful system implementation and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP solutions in Life Sciences, including years in SAP ICSM or related clinical trial management systems.
• Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP HANA, and Fiori-based applications preferred.
• Familiarity with integrations to tools such as Veeva Vault is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Life Sciences or related certification
• PMI/PMP or Agile certification (optional but desirable)
