Role Description

This is a short term freelancing (remote) role for an SAP iMRO Consultant/Architect. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, consulting on SAP solutions, overseeing master data management, and ensuring seamless system integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure the iMRO system, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• Utilize your expertise in EBOMs, MBOMs, and Shop Floor routing to optimize production processes
• Implement Parameter Unit Effectivity (Model-Unit Effectivity) to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Demonstrate proficiency in S/4 HANA PP and QM to effectively address production and quality management requirements
• Collaborate with teams to integrate SAP ECC and Manufacturing Execution Systems, ensuring seamless information flow
• Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation
• Ensure service availability for all applications and maintain the key deliverables and SLA with accountability

Skill-set & Qualifications

• Experience in Consulting and Implementation services
• SAP S/4 experience – a must
• Experience with MRO/iMRO
• Good experience in iMRO and component repair
• Proven experience in configuring SAP iMRO systems
• To define solution architecture for complex business requirements and established standards in line with the defined future state enterprise IT landscape
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with EBOMs, MBOMs, and Shop Floor routing. Familiarity with Parameter Unit Effectivity (Model-Unit Effectivity) and its application in production environments. Proficiency in S/4 HANA PP and QM modules
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience on large-scale S/4HANA programs
• Aerospace industry experience will be advantageous
