Job summary

Insight Global in the Greater San Jose area is seeking an SAP Implementation Manager to lead the greenfield migration of financial tools to SAP, driving PMO governance and ERP project go-lives. You will establish steering committees, executive reporting, and coordinate deployment of ERP, MES, PLM, and supply chain systems to automate handoffs and ensure seamless connectivity.

Qualified candidates bring strong experience in fast-growing startups and a track record of delivering large-scale SAP

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Recent greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience with proven success.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield migration of financial tools and processes to SAP.
• Establish project governance, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate deployment of foundational systems (ERP, MES, PLM, SCM) and ensure cross-functional connectivity.

Insight Global is looking for an SAP Implementation Manager in the Greater San Jose area. This individual will lead the greenfield migration of current financial tools and processes to SAP, demonstrated PMO and ERP history of successfully steering finance and ERP systems to go-live, establish project governance, steering committee structures, and executive reporting processes, support the deployment and integration of foundational systems—including custom ERP, MES, PLM, and Supply Chain to automate inter-functional handoffs and ensure seamless connectivity, exhibit sound, logical, and transparent judgment to maintain strict scope discipline and unblock issues and challenges that will inevitably pop-up and be capable of reducing friction, pushing back, deferring requests and saving team’s time by learning the tools, product, people and processes to fill in the gaps.

Skills and Requirements

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of Technical Program Management or Program Management experience

5+ years of SAP implementation experience

Recent greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation experience preferred, with a proven track record of taking customers from scratch to a full solution Modern space systems experience

Proven success in a high-growth startup environment
