Job Description
We are currently recruiting an SAP Lead Configuration Analyst for the SAP Business Support team. This position requires proficiency in SAP system implementation and support, offering an opportunity for an experienced SAP Business and Configuration professional to advance their career. The Financial Services Collection & Disbursement - Application Lead will design, document, implement, and support complex SAP applications.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work independently on new projects and support existing systems.
• Communicate effectively with business users to gather requirements and perform GAP analysis. Map business processes to SAP modules.
• Design system solutions, write functional specifications for RICEFW objects, perform configurations, unit testing, coordinate integration testing, support UAT, and resolve issues during hyper-care.
• Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Security, Basis, Batch support).
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve them based on priority.
• Complete project tasks within milestones, recommend resource requirements, maintain documentation, and report to stakeholders. Lead smaller scope projects.
• Provide on-call support on a rotation basis.
• Suggest process and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years SAP experience, with hands-on configuration required.
• Experience in SAP enhancements and conversions.
• Experience setting up SAP banking, treasury, and cash management, including house banks and bank integrations (NACHA, EDI, BAI).
• Support SAP FS-CD module, with knowledge of processes like master data, postings, payments, disbursements, and broker collections.
• Proficient in FS-CD, Subledger, and batch testing.
• Knowledge of ABAP, BAPIs, BADIs, EDI, and query creation.
• Ability to work in normal office conditions; on-call shifts may be required.
• Exposure to SAP ICM Incentive Commissions Module.
