Qualifications

• Experience configuring the SAP Callidus platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP processes.
• Experience in designing workflow user interfaces.
• Knowledge of compensation rules and underlying attribute mapping.
• Hands-on with Callidus Commissions, SQL, and database table design.
• Knowledge of SAP commissions backend tables is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own specific deliverables in any phase of assigned projects.
• Respond promptly to customer requests within specified timelines.
• Adapt communication to client, project lead, and team.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
• Support SIT/UAT testing for owned deliverables.
• Contribute to requirements and design documentation.
