Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP Callidus Cloud (Commissions/CPQ).
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Solid understanding of Incentive Compensation and Sales Performance Management (SPM).
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and APIs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP Callidus Commissions/CPQ rules, plans, formulas, and workflows.
• Manage end-to-end commission processing ensuring accuracy and timely payouts.
• Handle data integration & ETL using Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, and external system interfaces.
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and system support.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards for performance insights.
• Manage Agent Lifecycle Management including hierarchies, roles, and security.
• Perform testing and support system optimization for large-scale processing.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support.
