Job Title: SAP IAM/APM Solution Architect

Job Description:

• We are seeking a seasoned SAP IAM/APM (Intelligent Asset Management / Asset Performance Management) Solution Architect with over 9+ years of experience in SAP EAM and digital asset management solutions.
• The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of SAP IAM/APM solutions, integrating advanced technologies such as IoT, predictive analytics, and machine learning to optimize asset performance and reliability across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership:

• Define the strategic roadmap and architecture for SAP IAM/APM solutions within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Lead the design and integration of SAP Intelligent Asset Management suite components including:
• SAP Asset Intelligence Network (AIN)
• SAP Predictive Asset Insights (PAI)
• SAP Asset Strategy and Performance Management (ASPM)
• SAP Mobile Asset Management
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and digital transformation goals.

Functional & Technical Expertise:

• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IAM/APM solutions.
• Design and implement asset-centric business processes including asset health monitoring, risk-based maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IoT engineers to integrate sensor data and predictive models into SAP IAM.
• Configure and extend SAP Fiori applications and dashboards for asset performance insights.

Project Delivery & Governance:

• Lead IAM/APM workstreams in large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, and integration designs.
• Oversee data modeling, master data governance, and asset hierarchy standardization.
• Ensure quality assurance through testing, validation, and performance tuning.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, and IT leadership to drive adoption and value realization.
• Provide thought leadership on asset performance optimization and digital asset lifecycle management.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP EAM, with at least 5 years in SAP IAM/APM architecture roles.
• Proven experience in implementing SAP IAM components and integrating with S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of asset-intensive industry processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IoT platforms, predictive analytics, and machine learning in asset management contexts.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certified in IAM/APM or S/4HANA Asset Management.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and integration with external systems (e.g., OSIsoft PI, Maximo, GE APM).
• Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
