Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume SAP support calls, document requests and resolve issues.

• Assess impact and priority to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Work independently and with the team to meet service metrics.
• Contribute to knowledge base with common issues and fixes.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
