Role Summary
You will work within our UK and Ireland Managed Services (MS) Team as an SAP Senior Consultant, supporting our UK and Ireland MS customer base with SAP solutions.
You will provide:
- Solutions for often complex issues
- Maintenance and quality assurance
- Designs for new solutions based on business needs, including build and testing of those solutions to meet requirements
This UK role is home-based with minimal travel (subject to business needs and safety restrictions), with a strong virtual connection to the rest of the UK team and an engaged network of colleagues across Europe and beyond!
Your Responsibilities
- Managing your own workload
- Investigating and resolving complex issues
- Providing expert support, configuration, and high-quality documentation
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders
- Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements
- Creating, estimating, and delivering change orders within scope, time, and budget
- Ensuring changes comply with regulations and legal standards
- Mentoring team members to build capability
Skills
- SAP HCM UK and Ireland Payroll knowledge, configuration, and testing across modules (payroll, PA, TM, ESS, MSS, T&E, OM, etc.)
- Managing client relationships and stakeholder communication
- Identifying potential issues and proposing solutions
- Collaborating across multiple parties and vendors
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commercial awareness and focus on deliverables within client constraints
- Proficiency in MS Office

Required education & experience
This role requires over 10 years of SAP ERP HR and Payroll experience, with strong SAP HXM / HCM product knowledge. Experience in support environments, managing workload and priorities, and operational HR and Payroll process knowledge are essential. Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
