Strada is seeking an SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant to support outsourced clients within the Application Services department. The ideal candidate will lead payroll project implementations and provide consultancy throughout various project phases.

The role requires a solid background in SAP HCM and experience with Swiss project rollouts, alongside a commitment to high-quality service delivery. Applicants should be service-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with at least 3 Swiss project rollouts.
• Service-oriented with strong accountability.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll project implementation through different phases.
• Provide application support and consultancy.
• Generate error-free implementations in line with best practices.
• Manage personal daily priorities and support project deadlines.
