Job summary

CTG seeks an SAP HANA Security Lead to guide client-facing security implementations and ongoing protection of SAP HANA environments. You will conduct risk analyses, design secure architectures, and implement encryption, access controls, and auditing to safeguard data.

You will also implement masking/anonymization, align configurations with corporate standards, and develop technical documentation while staying current with new SAP HANA security features and threats.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience implementing SAP HANA security in enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead security initiatives, perform risk assessments, and deploy controls.
• Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and advise on security improvements.
• Proven track record in production support for secure applications and data access.
• Experience aligning security with organizational standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-facing SAP HANA security implementation and production support activities.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP HANA architectures with encryption and access controls.
• Configure and optimize SAP HANA security features: authentication, authorization, auditing.
• Implement data masking and anonymization techniques to safeguard confidential information.
• Ensure security configurations align with policies, compliance, and standards.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to define security requirements and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, security procedures, and knowledge base materials.
• Monitor evolving SAP HANA security features and threats to support continuous improvement.
