CTG is seeking an SAP HANA Security & GRC Consultant for a 12-month engagement in Washington, DC. Lead security initiatives, perform risk assessments, and design secure HANA architectures with encryption and access controls.

Responsibilities include supporting GRC AC/PC, implementing data masking, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Strong client-facing communication and documentation skills required.

Formación

• Stay current with SAP HANA security features and best practices.

CTG is seeking to fill an SAP HANA Security & GRC Consultant position for our client.

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months

Duties:

• Lead client-facing SAP HANA Security and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives, including implementation and production support.
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure SAP HANA architectures using encryption, authentication, authorization, access controls, and auditing.
• Support SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC) solutions to strengthen access governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Implement data masking, anonymization, and other safeguards to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather security requirements and recommend solutions aligned with SAP security best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation, security procedures, and knowledge base materials.
• Stay current with SAP HANA security features, industry trends, and emerging best practices.

Skills:

• Expertise in SAP HANA security architecture, configuration, and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (AC) and Process Control (PC), including access governance and compliance controls.
• Understanding of identity and access management, role-based access controls, data protection, and security risk mitigation.
• Strong client-facing consulting, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP HANA security and SAP GRC AC/PC solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience conducting security assessments, addressing vulnerabilities, and maintaining compliance with security standards.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, translate business and technical requirements into security solutions, and support production operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• SAP HANA Security or SAP GRC certifications preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $65.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
