CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a SAP GTS specialist in Rochester, MN to design and implement compliant global trade processes. You will lead workshops, configure licensing, screening, and HS/HTS classifications, and ensure integration with S/4HANA and external brokers. You’ll drive testing, data migration, and user enablement in a multi-system environment.

The role requires strong English communication, 4-month duration, and partial travel. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, supply chain, international trade, business, or related field.
• SAP GTS or SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP GTS functional design and implementation for compliant global trade operations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops translating requirements into end-to-end processes across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Configure SAP GTS capabilities including screening, licensing, classification, and export controls.
• Integrate with SAP S/4HANA SD/MM, EWM/TM, and external brokers and trade content providers.
• Lead testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT) and support defect resolution.
• Coordinate data migration and validation for partners, ship-to data, licenses, and trade preferences.
• Support user training and auditability, regulatory recordkeeping, and dual-use controls.
• Identify process improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency.

Duties

• Lead SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA) functional design and implementation to support compliant, efficient global trade operations.
• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and translate business, customs, and trade compliance requirements into scalable end-to-end processes across order-to-cash and procure-to-pay.
• Configure SAP GTS capabilities, including sanctioned-party screening, embargoes, legal controls, export licensing, product classification (HS/HTS and export control), preference determination, and import/export customs management.
• Configure legal regulations, control classes, business partners, document types, license procedures, and determination strategies.
• Ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA SD/MM, EWM/TM, and external customs brokers and trade content providers.
• Lead functional testing activities, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution.
• Coordinate data migration and validation for business partners, ship-to data, product classifications, licenses, and trade preferences.
• Support user training and adoption while ensuring auditability, regulatory recordkeeping, electronic archiving, and dual-use controls.
• Identify process improvements and implement controls to reduce trade compliance risks and improve operational efficiency.

Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP GTS, edition for SAP HANA, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Expertise in global trade compliance, customs management, export controls, sanctioned-party screening, licensing, product classification, and trade preference management.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SD/MM and related logistics processes, including EWM/TM.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, document process designs, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel partially as required.

Experience

• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting SAP GTS in an SAP S/4HANA environment, including hands-on configuration of trade compliance and customs processes.
• Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP S/4HANA and external trade service providers.
• Experience with end-to-end functional delivery, including requirements gathering, testing, data migration, defect resolution, and user enablement.
• Understanding of international trade regulations, audit controls, and compliance recordkeeping.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• SAP GTS or SAP S/4HANA certifications preferred.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90.00 to $95.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
