Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to lead SAP Funds Management and Grants Management implementations for government clients, bridging business needs with technical solutions. You will own design, configuration, deployment, and FI integration while guiding cross-functional teams and managing client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS or related field.
• 8+ years SAP S/4 implementation experience.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP Funds Management & Grants management.
• Strong SAP FI experience: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Reporting.
• Experience leading SAP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of government budgeting and public sector finances.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FM and Grants for government clients.
• Define funds control, budget availability, commitment, and budget execution.
• Provide SME on budget formulation, execution, and financial compliance.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops.
• Lead FM-FI integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Budgeting, Grants, Procurement, Project Systems, and Treasury.
• Ensure accurate postings, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Manage SAP functional consultants and project resources.
• Oversee planning, staffing, deliverables, quality assurance, risk.
