Job summary

Deloitte GPS team seeks an experienced Manager to drive SAP-enabled transformation programs across SAP Finance and related modules. You will guide cross-functional teams, align SAP capabilities with business objectives, and establish governance structures to ensure value realization.

Ideal candidates hold 8+ years in SAP/ERP consulting, have led multiple SAP engagements, and can travel up to 25%. A Secret Clearance is required for this government-facing role and US work authorization is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP/ERP/finance transformation or enterprise systems consulting.
• 5+ years leading SAP functional workstreams or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major release.
• Travel up to 0-25% based on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Work you'll do

As a Manager on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting and advancing SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.

• Lead functional transformation initiatives that align SAP capabilities with finance, operations, and enterprise business objectives.
• Advise executives and program leadership on transformation strategy, target-state processes, delivery priorities, and value realization.
• Lead the design and implementation of standardized, scalable business processes across SAP Finance and related functional areas.
• Establish functional governance, decision forums, quality gates, issue escalation processes, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, automate manual activities, and strengthen reporting and operational controls.
• Manage dependencies and integration points between SAP modules, legacy applications, third-party systems, and enterprise data platforms.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• 8+ years of experience in SAP, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems consulting.
• 5+ years leading SAP functional workstreams or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience delivering at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major release
• Ability to travel up to 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

• SAP certification in S/4HANA Finance, Controlling, or another relevant functional area.
• Experience with SAP Activate, Agile, or comparable transformation delivery methods.
• Experience in public-sector, defense, regulated, or highly controlled operating environments.
• Experience with SAP integrations, data migration, master data governance, reporting, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience leading organizational change, training, adoption, or business readiness activities.
