Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an experienced SAP Functional Analyst to support the S/4HANA transformation and analytics strategy. You will bridge business needs with technical teams to deliver Fiori apps, SAC dashboards, and data-driven insights.

You will gather requirements, maintain the backlog, optimize SAP Fiori, and collaborate with ABAP developers to ensure high‑quality solutions and user adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of SAP functional analyst experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Experience with Order to Cash, Supply Chain, or Record to Report.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Configure and maintain SAP Fiori Launchpad roles, catalogs, and navigation structures.
• Design and optimize SAC dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Manage a prioritized backlog and collaborate with ABAP developers for timely delivery.
• Lead testing activities and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders and leadership.
