About the Role

As a Manager in our SAP Financial Services practice, you will lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting workstreams through implementation cycles, collaborating with clients and internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. Your responsibilities include overseeing system design, technical build, testing, deployment, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design SAP Group Reporting solutions.
• Manage technical teams to support build, configuration, and testing of SAP solutions.
• Coordinate integration and user acceptance testing phases.
• Oversee deployment and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Support business development efforts and internal practice growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with S/4HANA Core Finance (FICO modules) and/or Group Reporting.
• Experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects, particularly in consolidations.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as required.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA and Group Reporting.
• Proven project implementation experience, including custom enhancements.
• Financial sector experience, especially in Banking or Insurance.
• Knowledge of related modules and reporting tools such as SAC and Analysis for Office.
