Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP Manager Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team. You will collaborate with external clients and internal teams, utilizing your SAP expertise to deliver impactful solutions in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S4 Group Reporting consolidation workstreams during implementation cycles.
• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, guiding them on S4/HANA Group Reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops for requirements gathering and design.
• Oversee technical design, documentation, and build/test activities, including Fit-GAP analysis and RICEFW documentation.
• Manage technical teams in configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support deployment, go-live, and post-implementation activities.

Internal Responsibilities

• Support business development efforts, including sales proposals and asset development.
• Contribute to practice development by building internal assets and demos.
• Mentor junior team members and develop internal talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of S/4HANA Core Finance (FICO) and/or Group Reporting experience.
• Experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects, especially in consolidations.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications in S/4HANA and Group Reporting.
• Experience with Activity-Based and Rules-Based COI.
• Knowledge of related modules and reporting tools like SAC and Analysis for Office.
• Relevant financial services sector experience, especially in Banking or Insurance.
