We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Consultant to join our Technology Consulting team, specializing in SAP S/4HANA Upgrades (RISE Migration & Conversion). In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to deliver innovative solutions and lasting results.

Your Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and advise on S/4HANA Upgrade capabilities.
• Support workshops to gather detailed technical requirements.
• Design and document migration and conversion processes for SAP S/4HANA, including experience with maintenance planner, migration approaches, and integration documentation.
• Assist in building and testing SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring infrastructure meets business needs.
• Support integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Participate in deployment and go-live activities, ensuring successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of SAP BASIS experience and 2+ years of SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and RISE with SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and migration tools.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA and cloud migration.
• Experience in Financial Services industry (Banking/Insurance).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP, reporting solutions, and integration tools.
