About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA Upgrades (RISE Migration & Conversion) to join our Technology Consulting team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your SAP expertise to deliver innovative solutions and lasting results in financial services industry transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and guide them on S/4HANA Upgrade capabilities.
• Support requirement-gathering workshops and assist in designing migration and conversion processes aligned with best practices and client specifications.
• Contribute to technical design, documentation, and testing phases, including build, unit, and integration testing.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities, ensuring smooth go-live transitions.

Skills and Qualifications

• Over 3 years of SAP BASIS experience and 2+ years of SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience, including full lifecycle migrations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and RISE with SAP.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, SAP migration tools, and end-to-end Fiori deployment.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client-focused skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA and cloud migration.
• Experience in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance).
• Knowledge of ABAP development and SAP integration tools.
