Job Title: SAP-Financial Services-ERP Upgrade-RISE Migration and Conversion-Senior-Consulting-Location OPEN

Join EY as a Senior Consultant in SAP Financial Services, focusing on ERP upgrades, RISE migration, and conversion. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions that meet complex business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and advise on SAP S/4HANA upgrade capabilities.
• Support requirement-gathering workshops and contribute to technical design documentation.
• Assist in system build, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring seamless migration and integration.
• Provide guidance during UAT and post-deployment support to ensure successful go-live.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of SAP BASIS experience and 2+ years of SAP ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience, including full lifecycle migrations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), and RISE with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS, HANA database, and SAP migration tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel 40-60% as required.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP certifications related to S/4HANA.
• Experience in Financial Services industry (Banking/Insurance).
• Basic knowledge of ABAP development and integration tools.
